 DeLaunte’ Crawford, RN founded Physician’s Choice Homecare in 2004 as her second successful home health venture. DeLaunte’ has been a nurse for 17 years. She originally earned her nursing license while serving our country in the United States Navy. DeLaunte' has operated in several capacities in the healthcare industry over the last 17 years; however her leadership, attention to details, compassion, extensive knowledge in home health care management, and operations has been essential to the growth and success of the organization. DeLaunte’ is dedicated to assuring that our patients and staff recognizes that “Quality Care is our #1 Priority.” |

 Brenda Shugart, RN has been practicing nursing for 15 + years. Brenda brings a wealth of knowledge to the organization to lead her team to new heights. It is the personal mission of Brenda that every elderly and disabled patient receives the best quality care available.
